The driving reason CMO Clint Danks founded ThinkSEM was transparency — giving clients access to all the data generated on their behalf. That was/is not a standard practice among online marketing providers, but he decided we would make it a standard practice at ThinkSEM.

Clint is an industry veteran with over 13 years experience and is co-founder/advisory board member of the Minnesota Search Engine Marketing Association (MnSearch).

Dave Dechant | Chief Creative Officer
Dave is responsible for ThinkSEM’s internal and client design direction. He also takes seriously keeping up with design standards. Dave spent 10 years with the U.S. Army before graduating from Winona State University where he majored in Graphic Design and minored in Marketing. When he’s not toiling away on client work, Dave spends his time learning more about web technologies and other various nerdy activities.
